He is their service guy and let me tell you, every time I have a question or need help with something he either shows up or FaceTimes me and walks me through it. Derrick, who came out to do our bid, was very professional and cordial. Once we decided on Aquatech Kaitlyn, the general manager, took over helping guide our project. She’s absolutely adorable and wonderful to work with. Kaitlyn is so knowledgeable, and she was able to educate me so that I felt confident making big decisions regarding pool design. Curtiss was our project manager. He went above and beyond making sure our project ran smoothly and that we knew how to use our pool once it was up and running I would absolutely use Intermountain Aquatech again. These guys are the best. I have an older Pentair and it always starts leaking right when I least expect it. It's the shaft seal every time. When I visit Aquatech, they always have every part I need in stock. Seal kit and impellor. Derek is very helpful and gives advice on how to reassemble everything the right way. Very friendly and helpful.

Aquatech, you’ve got a straight‑up legend on the payroll. Ryan rolled up, clocked my half‑dead pump in about two seconds, and broke down exactly why it was toast—no tech babble, just the facts. Bad news? My pool‑opening timeline just went sideways. Good news? Ryan refuses to leave a customer hanging. Instead of punting me to “next week,” he jammed me back into his calendar, showed up late Friday night, and swapped out the entire pump system—wrench in hand till almost midnight. No complaints, no corners cut, just dialed‑in focus until water was flowing like it owed him rent. I even asked if he made that Sunday event he’d mentioned when he originally opened my pool. Nope. He’d driven two counties over to save another pool owner’s weekend instead. Who does that? Ryan does. And that tells you everything you need to know about Aquatech’s crew: zero quit, all commitment. These guys treats your pool like it's their own, especially Ryan. The guy is top tier! Oh and the new pump is PURRING like a kitten 🙂

I have had Curtis come to repair various problems that have happened and most recently my heater had to be fixed. This was in a very tight place and was a very difficult job. Curtis dove in and got the igniter replaced and is was pleasant and cheerful to deal with. He will be back with the appropriate tools he needs to solve a few hot tub/pool circulation issues. He has the years of experience to just about fix anything related to pools. Thank you Curtis!!!
