Aquatech has serviced our for 21 years. We have had a number of different people service our pool and spa over that span and they have all been great. Ryan Cervenka has taken care of us for the last seven years. He is always friendly, helpful and responsive to all our needs. Last summer he communicated with us about a problem we had while he was on vacation in Colorado. He knows his stuff and helps us manage the costs of operating and maintaining the pool. Great experience with Aquatech! I was having issues with my pool and called them up. Got connected to Kaitlyn. She was awesome with assisting me and had a tech come out. Dan (the tech) came out quickly and resolved the issue. His communication was amazing and I will be using them again. Thank you!!!
We have used Aquatech for just about 10 years and they have been incredible. The company is responsive to our questions and dedicated to service. Ryan Cervenka closed our pool for the season, and he did a great job. We especially appreciate him being careful about water spillage and making a mess- since the pool mechanical room is inside our home. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and he gave advice about upcoming maintenance issues that we will need to address before next season. At this point- we routinely request him to do all of our pool services. He is a credit to Aquatech as a company!

Twelve years ago you built our swimming pool in Orem in our back yard. It fits beautifully into the landscape and has a wall on the eastside with a waterfall and lion heads. It has been a wonderful gathering point for family and friends. We have enjoyed the pool immensely and appreciate your help in its construction. We also had a Marquis spa installed at the same time on our deck. It has also been enjoyable.
Over the years we have always had Aquatech open and close the pool and have purchased all of our pool supplies from you. We have appreciated your response to our needs and your service department has been outstanding. They have always tried to squeeze us in when even though we live in Utah Valley.
Two years ago our equipment (especially our chlorinator) was giving us some problem and your company recommended that we replace the heater, the chlorinator, and the old sand filter. It seemed like a very expensive upgrade but we followed your advice and had the whole job done. It was the right thing to do. The heater is more efficient, the filtering system has done a great job, and the new saline chlorinator has eliminated the hassle of buying chlorine and have pieces of them get clogged and tubing.
Recently when we had trouble with our heater, you were very willing to listen to my concerns directly rather than have someone else handle it. That meant a lot to me and I really appreciate your efforts to meet your customer’s needs.
