Current Olympic Swimming Records

The Olympics is the place where all athlete swimmers dream of competing one day, and not without reason. The records for every event in swimming, the freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, medley, and relays are inspiring. The United States holds several of these medals. As of the end of the 2012, what follows is a record of the olympic swimming records. Each record below appears first with the name of the event, the time, the swimmer, the swimmer’s country, and the date of the record.
