When we need specific parts for our pool we always go to Aquatech. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Jason was outstanding with his help this past week. It makes a big difference to a novice like me to get expert help in resolving pool problems.

Shout out to the Intermountain Aquatech team that installed our pool this year! Over the course of the install Intermountain Aquatech maintained the timelines they promised, the cost they quoted out, and a strong level of professionalism and communication through the entire process. The Project Manager Curtiss and His team Josh, Tim, Saul, and Danoto, took care of us through every step of the process. Curtis ensured that we were always informed on what to expect through each step of the process. The team was top notch in being responsive to questions and concerns if they came up. Kevin did a great Job on our design and helping to walk us through all the options available to us during the pre-build process. The entire team worked hand in hand with our local municipality and other third party vendors to make sure timelines were met and we were getting the highest level of attention to our project by all involved. I would recommend the third party vendors they use for any job as well. Finally, Kaitlyn and her team ensured that billing and invoicing was always correct and quickly addressed any questions that we had regarding costs and payment. I appreciate all that was done to get us into our pool! During our pool contractor search we met with multiple companies for bids. Intermountain Aquatech was the best priced ( by far) and had the most experience of all the companies we had bid our job. Curtiss, thank you for all you did through this process we are excited about the outcome and what we get to enjoy for years to come. We greatly appreciate all you put into the project! Very knowledgeable and helpful and the store has a good selection of products. There is also a service department!

Aquatech replaced our pool cover recently. My husband was so impressed by the pride in workmanship of the two installers, as it is so hard to find these days. The experience was top notch and our pool cover works like a dream!! Thank you Aquatech, Alan and your great installation team.

I had a nice younger gentlemen named Gage help me with my water testing. He was very efficient and quick with his work, super kind and seemed to really care about his job! He also was really great with explaining what everything meant and what the levels should look like for each, which that helped a lot with my understanding of how all the chemical stuff works and that was great!

Curtis came out today and fixed my problem with my Pentair system at a minutes notice! Not only did he fix it he also explained to me how the system works. The guy gets 10 STARS IN MY BOOK! Thx Curtis

Derek Hale, in the parts department, is the best! He cheerfully helped me find the part I needed, which took some effort since it was an obscure part and I did not know enough about the brand to help him. I've always had great customer service at Aquatech and will be back!
