Derrick, who came out to do our bid, was very professional and cordial. Once we decided on Aquatech Kaitlyn, the general manager, took over helping guide our project. She’s absolutely adorable and wonderful to work with. Kaitlyn is so knowledgeable, and she was able to educate me so that I felt confident making big decisions regarding pool design. Curtiss was our project manager. He went above and beyond making sure our project ran smoothly and that we knew how to use our pool once it was up and running I would absolutely use Intermountain Aquatech again. These guys are the best. I have an older Pentair and it always starts leaking right when I least expect it. It's the shaft seal every time. When I visit Aquatech, they always have every part I need in stock. Seal kit and impellor. Derek is very helpful and gives advice on how to reassemble everything the right way. Very friendly and helpful.
